  1. The event dashboardThe Event dashboard brings together the actions on the event, the status and review card, the link carrying your channel, the metric cards (registrations, capacity, interactions, views, conversions and real-time views), the sales status strip, the Summary by access title, the Availability and sales status section, the trend charts with comparison and the Sales channels, with the tabs to every report. Section by section, with the exact labels.
  2. Event statistics: audience, channels, trends and searchesThe Statistics tab shows the pixel diagnostics, the Search block with impressions, clicks, CTR and average position, the interest signals, the Age groups, Gender, Entries - total, Sales channels and Types of access charts, the three trend charts with forecast, granularity and comparison with another event, and the tables of queries and search channels. How to read each block.
  3. Conversion reportThe Conversion report lists every purchase journey that was started, with status Converted, In progress, Abandoned or Closed, date and time, channel, the user e-mail or Guest, platform, tracking and cart total. How the statuses are calculated, the available filters and how to use it to improve your sales.
  4. View report: who viewed the event pageThe View report lists the views of the event page with the Referrals and Device charts, the filters by date, guest or registered, referral and device, and the columns Date/Time, Referrer, User, IP and Device. 5. 6. Event change historyThe Change history tab records, most recent first, who carried out each operation on the event: suspension and re-enabling of publication, submission and cancellation of the review, draft saves, snapshot deletion, seat map, duplication and Nightify staff operations. The Operation column shows the technical codes: here is what they mean.
  7. Share a read-only report with partners and collaboratorsWith Share report you create view-only links to the dashboard of the event: whoever receives them does not need an account and sees the metric cards, the summary by access title, the sales status, the availability and the channels, without contacts, without trends and without other reports. Creation, copy, rename, revocation, limits (20 active links, name up to 80 characters) and messages.
  8. The Live events and Past Events listsThe event lists of the organization show registrations, the name with date and location, who created it, status, visibility and views, with filters by name, location, city, date and status, sorting by views or registrations and the row menu with View, Copy link, Edit, Suspend or Enable publication and Duplicate. Columns, filters, statuses and the rules for moving between the two lists.
  9. Real-time metrics: views and interactions in progressThe Views · last 30 minutes card of the Event dashboard shows the event page openings in the last 30 minutes, in the last 5 and in the last minute, a 30-bar chart and the Ongoing interactions, refreshed automatically every 10 seconds. Permissions, the Live, Connecting…, Paused and Update unavailable states, and why the Promoter does not see it.
  10. Comparing trends with another eventIn the Reservations trend, Views trend and Entries trend charts, the Compare with an event field adds the dashed curve of another event of your organization, including past ones, aligned by time elapsed since the start of each event.
