For events with SIAE ticketing, Nightify sends the access titles that have been issued to the tax ticketing system and makes the C1 summaries available to you as PDFs: one for each day on which access titles were issued and one for each month. They are used for accounting and for your dealings with SIAE. This page shows C1 documents only: no C2.
At a glance
- Where: Event dashboard → SIAE report tab. The page is titled Event SIAE report #… with the introduction List of available C1 documents for your event (browser tab: Event SIAE report).
- Permissions: View event SIAE report (Administrator). The tab appears only for events with SIAE ticketing enabled.
- What you get: a table with one document per row and the PDF download.
Before you start
- The list is built from the catalogue of the access titles issued on the SIAE system: until an access title has been issued there is no document at all.
- The event and the organization must already be synced with the tax ticketing system; otherwise the page reports it with the messages listed below.
Step by step
- Open the report. From the dashboard choose the SIAE report tab. What you see: the table with the columns Type, Reference, Tickets and Download; below the table, the loading status area.
- Wait for the loading. The list is loaded in blocks: while it loads the status area shows Loading more results...; the rows appear one block at a time, with the monthly documents before the daily ones and, within each group, from the most recent date.
- Read the rows. Type is Monthly C1 or Daily C1; Reference is the month (mm/yyyy) or the day (dd/mm/yyyy); Tickets is the number of access titles issued in that period.
- Download. Press Download PDF on the row. Result: the document is requested from the SIAE system for that date and converted into a PDF; if the row has no downloadable document, Document is currently unavailable for this date. appears in place of the button.

What happens next
- The download changes nothing: you can download the same document several times.
- The View event SIAE report permission is described in the role management as consultation of the C1 and C2 documents, but the tab of the event only exposes the C1 ones; for other documents contact Nightify support.

Special cases
- Event without SIAE ticketing: the tab does not exist; there are no tax documents to download from Nightify.
- Tickets sold with other systems: they do not appear: the documents only cover the access titles issued through Nightify.
- Roles other than Administrator: among the predefined roles only the Administrator has the permission; the tab does not appear to the others.
Rules and limits
- C1 documents only, daily and monthly, for the current event.
- The list is calculated from the catalogue of the access titles issued and cannot be edited from the console.
