  1. Create an organization The organization is the profile with which you publish events, manage the team and collect money. Where to start from, the Add organization field by field page, the limits of images and links, the automatically generated nickname and the checklist that you find immediately after.
  2. Change your organization's settings Name, description, public nickname, social link and image are updated from the Organizer Settings page. Required permissions, nickname rules with real-time control, effect on public addresses and what changes when you open it from the Publish step of an event.
  3. Invite collaborators and assign roles From the organization's Members page, press Invite users, enter one or more addresses and choose the role. Accepted formats, suggestions from existing users, what the invitation email contains, Invitee and Member statuses and all outcome messages.
  4. Roles and permissions: what each member can do Administrator, Promoter, Entrances Only and Limited View: the complete table of the 29 permissions with an indication of which roles have them, what changes in the console menu, in the event editor steps and in the Nightify Business app tabs.
  5. Change roles, remove a member, or cancel an invitation From the Organization Members table, you update a collaborator's role from the drop-down menu, remove it from the Actions menu or cancel an invitation that has not yet been accepted. Search, confirmation requests, outcome messages and the restriction of the last administrator.
  6. Accept an invitation to an organization Open the link received via email, log in with the same address and press Accept: you will immediately be taken to the organization's console. In the Nightify Business app, invitations are in Pending Invitations with Accept and Decline. What to do if you are connected to another account or do not have an account.
  7. The organization console The home of each organization, section by section in the actual order of the page: greeting, initial checklist, profile reminder, upcoming events, Get started now, Your personal link, How can we help you? and statistics Your numbers with date range. What each role sees and how to change the organization.
  8. Organizational messages and notifications Authorized members reply to fan messages from the Messages page and follow alerts in Notifications, on the site and in the Nightify Business app. Permissions, actual page filters, response procedure with attachment, what the fan receives and what notifications reach the organization.
