Payouts, fees and fiscal data
- Fill in the organization’s tax details and IBAN In Organizer tax settings you declare the holder (Individual or Company), the address and the bank account used for payouts. The permissions you need, every field with its real rules (only the tax code is validated), what makes the profile complete, what SIAE ticketing additionally requires and all the messages.
- Fees absorbed or added to the ticket price For every access title you decide whether the service fee is paid by the fan on top of the price (the default) or absorbed by you out of the price. How the fee is calculated, what the Buyer total preview and the Cost to buyer / Your payout boxes show, the Pre-sale right, what changes in the reports (the Commissions column only shows the fees paid by the fan) and the messages.
- Reading revenue, fees and pre-sale rights The event dashboard (status strip, Summary per title, Sales channels, Availability and sales status), the Reservations report, Reservation management, the Reservation detail and the Nightify Business app all show the amount, the pre-sale rights, the fees charged to the fan and the total. - The service fee receipt of a reservation For every Confirmed order with fees charged to the fan, Nightify issues a PDF receipt of the service fees including VAT, which the fan can download from their account and you from the Reservation detail with Download service fee receipt. - How I receive the sales revenue Online sales go through Nightify and the payouts to the organizer are handled by the Nightify team on the IBAN saved in Organizer tax settings: the console has no page for payments, dates or payout status.
