When the event uses fiscal ticketing and the venue is mapped on the ticketing system, the choice of the ticket type includes the selection of the seat, table or area. The seating chart shows in real time what is still free, and the seats you choose are locked for you on the ticketing system.
At a glance
- When it appears: only for events with fiscal ticketing and a venue with mapped seats (not for general-admission venues).
- The two modes: Best place (Choose the price, we will pick the best available seat.) and Map selection (Choose your preferred available seats on the map.).
- In the app: the same two cards; with Map selection the seating chart opens in a dedicated screen and the selection takes place there.
Step by step
- Choose the mode. In the booking screen tap Best place or Map selection. With Best place you set ticket type and quantity and the system assigns the best seats available for that price.
- Find your way around the seating chart. Wait for Loading seat map and live availability... to finish. Use Zoom in, Zoom out and Reset zoom, drag to move around and tap a sector to open it. The legend distinguishes Low availability, Medium availability, High availability and Unavailable; the abbreviations avail., sel. and busy indicate available, selected and occupied seats.
- Filter by price. With All types choose a price and see only the seats of that price; Clear filter shows everything again.
- Select the numbered seats. Tap a free seat: it is selected immediately (the tooltip on hover is Select seat) and appears in the Selected seats panel, which at first shows Select your seats by clicking the available seats. To remove it, tap the seat again (Remove selection) or use the removal button in the panel.
- Select areas and tables. Tapping a general-admission area or a table opens the Your selection window (Choose the number of tickets you want.) with the list of the ticket types and prices of the area: set Seats with the stepper and press Next. A reserved table is bought as a whole.
- Continue. Check the Reservation summary and press the button to go forward. The selected seats stay locked for you until the reservation expires.

Special cases
- In the app you come back from the seating chart: the cart is reloaded with the chosen seats; opening the seating chart uses a temporary link valid for 5 minutes, after which it has to be reopened from the booking screen.
- Where you find sector, row and seat again: in the summary, in the Accreditation details of the reservation and on the ticket.
Rules and limits
- The minimum and maximum limits per area are decided by the organizer.
- The per-account limit of events with a capacity of 1,000 seats or more applies (10 tickets on the whole event).
