The Choose the ticket type screen is the first step of the purchase. It lists all the ticket types sold on Nightify for that event, with price, description and status, and prepares the cart: the actual reservation (with the 15 minutes to pay) is created when you press the button to go forward.
At a glance
- Where: website: after the main button of the event page; app: Choose type screen.
- What you see for each ticket type: name, description, price (€ x,xx; free ticket types show € 0,00 or no price if the organizer hides it), the − / + stepper and any status badges.
- Summary: on the right the Reservation summary with the items, Pre-sale rights and Service fees (only if greater than zero) and the TOTAL.
Step by step
- Set the quantities. Press + on the ticket type you want; the summary updates at every tap and you can combine several ticket types in the same order.
- Check the badges. ONLY N LEFT (last availability), Waiting list (sold out but with an active queue), Sales ended, SOLD OUT, Sales start in N hours, Available when … closes or sells out, CANCELLED.
- Read the summary. Each item shows quantity and amount; below you find Pre-sale rights, Service fees and TOTAL. Until you add something, Your reservation is empty. appears.
- Continue. Press the button at the bottom of the summary (the action of the event or Buy N tickets). Below it, Automatic security verification is active for this booking. or, for the other security check, Automatic security verification is active for this booking. may appear: you don’t have to do anything. Result: the reservation is created and you move on to the next step.
Messages and errors

Rules and limits
- The minimum and maximum quantity per reservation are defined by the organizer, ticket type by ticket type.
- The limits per account are not shown in advance: they appear as a message when you exceed them.
- The organizer can manually force the status of a ticket type to Sales ended or Sold out, or hide it.
