Add reservation records an order on behalf of a customer: a sale at the desk, over the phone or an accreditation. The event purchase flow opens inside the console page, with the customer’s details instead of yours and without online payment: the order is closed straight away as paid with payment collected on site, it has its own tickets with QR codes and the customer receives the confirmation e-mail. It works for every event, SIAE or not, and prints nothing.
At a glance
- Where: event dashboard → Reservations report tab → Add reservation button. The Add reservation for event #… page opens.
