From the console you can get the same documents the customer finds in their own account: the PDF with all the tickets of the order, the image of the single QR code and the receipt for the service fees. They are useful to send tickets to a guest, have a QR code scanned straight away at the door or answer an accounting request.
At a glance
- Where: Reservation detail. The PDF and the QR code are in the Actions menu of each row of Generated Tickets (View Ticket PDF, View QR Code); the receipt is in the Service fee receipt row of the Payment summary with the Download service fee receipt link, repeated in the Actions menu of the tickets as well.
- Permissions: View organization reservation details: being able to open the detail is enough, the management permission is not needed.
- When: the PDF only exists with at least one Active ticket; the receipt only for Confirmed orders with fees greater than zero and a receipt already generated.
Step by step
- Open the detail of the reservation from Reservation management or from the Reservations report.
- Ticket PDF. Scroll to Generated Tickets, open the Actions menu (three dots) of a row and press View Ticket PDF. Result: the browser downloads the file reservation_ followed by the order code and the .pdf extension, with all the active tickets of the order, one page per ticket.
- Single QR code. In the same menu press View QR Code. What you see: a View QR Code window with the image of the QR code of that ticket, ready to be framed by the Nightify Business app. It is not a download.
- Service fee receipt. In the Payment summary press Download service fee receipt (or the same entry in the Actions menu of a ticket). Result: the receipt opens in a new tab.

Messages and errors
| Message | Why it appears | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The ticket PDF is not available for this reservation. | No active ticket: the order is not Confirmed, all the tickets are Disabled, the order uses Payment at the entrance or the ticket type has no QR code. | Check Generated Tickets; reactivate a ticket if it had been disabled by mistake. |
| View Ticket PDF is missing from the menu | Same causes: the entry only appears if at least one active QR code exists. | See above. |
| The Service fee receipt row is not there | The order is not Confirmed, it has no fees charged to the customer (free order or fees absorbed) or the receipt has not been generated yet. | If the order is confirmed with fees, ask the customer to open the detail from their own account, where the missing documents are generated, then reload the page. |
Special cases
- You have to send the tickets to a guest: download the PDF and forward only the page with their ticket; remind them that the QR code is valid for one access and that whoever scans it first gets in.
- After Regenerate ticket: download the PDF again; the previous QR codes are in Archived ticket history and no longer have a downloadable file.
- You want to let someone without a phone in straight away: open View QR Code on your screen and have the operator frame it with the Nightify Business app.
Rules and limits
- The PDF only contains the active tickets; disabled or cancelled tickets do not appear.
- The receipt concerns the service fees of the order and there is only one per reservation.
- The QR code is personal: do not publish the PDF or the image of the QR code.
