The access titles are managed from the Tickets added to the event table in the Add tickets step. From here you open every title to edit it, you hide it with a shortcut and you drag the rows to decide the order in which fans see the ticket types. There is no button to deactivate, reactivate or delete a title: to take it off sale you use the statuses.
At a glance

Before you start
- The event must not be under review and you have to hold control of the editor: only one user at a time can edit the event.
- For an event already online every change ends up in the draft and has to be submitted with Publish changes; fans see the new configuration after the approval.
Editing a title, step by step
- Open the row menu. In the first column of the table tap the icon with the three dots. What you see: the View item and, if the title is not hidden already, Hide.
- Choose View. What you see: the Edit access type page with the same sections as the creation: Basic information, Advanced settings, Visibility, Availability and notices, Purchase form, plus the status selector in the header.
- Update the fields and press Edit access type at the bottom of the page. Result: you go back to the table with the updated values; if a field is not valid you stay on the page with the message under the field.
- Publish. For an event already online press Publish changes (in the step, in the Draft in progress box or in the Publish step).
Taking a title off sale, step by step
- Hide shortcut. From the row menu choose Hide: the page of the title opens with the status already set to Hidden. Press Edit access type to confirm. The title disappears from the event page and the booking screen, the waiting list is no longer offered and the existing reservations stay valid.
- Alternatively open the title with View and set Sales ended (it stays visible as closed and opens the titles that depend on it) or Sold out (it stays visible as sold out, with the waiting list if it is on).
- To put it back on sale reopen the title and set Active: there is no Reactivate button.
Reordering the titles, step by step
- Grab the handle. In the Order column every row shows the ☰ icon: the whole cell is the drag handle.
- Drag the row to the position you want and release. Result: the order is saved immediately, without pressing Save and continue; while it is being saved dragging is suspended.
- Check. Fans see the titles in the same sequence on the event page and in the booking screen. If saving fails the table goes back to the previous order and a notice appears.

Messages and errors

Special cases
- Title opened from the map editor. The form appears in the Access titles management window instead of on a page; saving works in the same way.
- The same person with two tabs open. You see Event already open in another session: you can take control here or go back to the dashboard without interrupting the other tab.
- A title you no longer need. It is not deleted: hide it. The reservations recorded on it stay available in the Reservations report.
Rules and limits
- The reordering is saved immediately and does not need publication to be recorded in the draft; fans see it with the next approval if the event is already online.
- The lock of the fields with reservations only concerns events with SIAE ticketing.
- A hidden title does not appear to fans but stays in the table and in the reports.
