The low-stock warning tells fans that the tickets of a title are running out: in the booking screen, under the name of the title, the ONLY 1 LEFT or ONLY N LEFT badge appears. It is a handy tool to close the last sales of every release, and it is created already on for every new title.
At a glance

Step by step
- Open the title with View from the Tickets added to the event table (or create it) and tap the Availability and notices section to expand it. What you see: the Low ticket availability notice switch with the description Show a notice when the available tickets reach or fall below the set threshold. and the info icon with the full text: The notice appears when the remaining tickets are at or below the threshold. It shows the actual stock remaining for this ticket type. It is hidden for unlimited quantities or when the ticket cannot be purchased.
- Decide whether to keep it on. The switch is already on: turn it off if you do not want the badge. When it is on the Threshold (tickets remaining) and Preview fields appear.
- Set the threshold. Enter an integer from 1 up (10 by default). What you see: the Preview updates as you type: with 1 it shows ONLY 1 LEFT, with any other value ONLY N LEFT.
- Save the title. Press Create access type or Edit access type. Confirmation: you go back to the table of titles; if the threshold is not valid you stay on the page with Enter a whole number greater than zero. under the field. For an event already online submit the changes with Publish changes.

What happens next
- The badge is shown in the booking screen (the page where the fan chooses the ticket types), not on the public page of the event. It is recalculated at every update of the cart: when a fan changes the quantities, the number shown lines up with the actual availability.
- The number matches the tickets actually left of the title; with a Sales quota per channel it counts the lower value between the tickets left and the quota left of the channel the fan arrives from.
Messages and errors

Special cases
- Title with Infinite quantity. The switch and the threshold stay editable, but the badge is never shown: there is no numeric availability to compare.
- Title sold out. With zero tickets left the badge disappears and in its place the fan sees SOLD OUT (with Waiting list if it is on).
- Hidden, Sales ended or Sold out status. The title cannot be bought, so no low-stock badge.
Rules and limits
- The notice is a per-title configuration: every title has its own threshold.
- The badge always shows the actual availability: you cannot set a number different from the real one.
- For small releases a threshold between 5 and 10 is realistic; for titles of hundreds of pieces you can raise it, for example to 30. These are editorial suggestions, not rules of the system.
