Step-by-step guide Managing your tickets

Where to find your reservations and tickets

All your tickets are in your account: the My account dashboard, the View reservations page on the website and the Reservations tab in the app. How the lists are split, what each card shows, the status badges and what to do if a reservation does not appear.

You don’t need to print anything or dig through your e-mails: every reservation stays in your account with its entry QR, the PDF, the wallet passes and the history. The same list is available on the website and in the app.

At a glance

  • Where: website: My account (preview) and My accountView reservations (nightify.me/account/reservations); app: Reservations tab, My reservations screen.
  • How they are split: Reservations (events not yet over, whatever the order status) and Previous reservations (events already over). The split follows only the event’s end date.
  • What you need: to be signed in with the same account used for the purchase.
  • Filters and search: there are none; the list loads as you scroll, 10 reservations at a time.

Step by step on the website

  1. Open My account. What you see: the Reservations block with at most the 3 nearest reservations and the See past reservations link, always present; if you have no upcoming events, No upcoming reservations appears.
  2. Open the full list. In the sidebar choose View reservations. What you see: the two sections Reservations and Previous reservations; scrolling down loads the others.
  3. Read the card. Each card shows the event date and title, the venue, Booking date, Reservation no. with the code and the status badge (Confirmed, Pending Payment, In Progress, Payment not completed, Canceled, Refunded). The ticket lifecycle badges may also appear: Listed (N), Sold (N), Cancelled resales (N), Resales to review (N), Bought on resale (N), Name changes (N), Name changes to review (N), Refunds (N).
  4. Open the detail. Tap the card: the Reservation detail opens with tickets, QR codes and actions.

Step by step in the app

  1. Open the Reservations tab (requires signing in). What you see: My reservations: first the reservations for upcoming events, then the Past reservations heading.
  2. Tap the Reservation #… row to open the Reservation details.
  3. Pull down to refresh the list. In the app the rows don’t show the lifecycle badges: you find them in the detail on the website.

Special cases

  • You used another account: the reservation is in the account with the order’s e-mail address. Sign out and sign in with that one, using the same method (Google, Apple, Facebook or e-mail).
  • You bought without an account: the tickets are retrieved from the confirmation e-mail; there is no automatic procedure to link them to an account.
  • The payment was not completed: the reservation is still listed, with the status Pending Payment, In Progress or Payment not completed.
  • A cancelled reservation for a future event stays in the Reservations section until the event is over.
