Images are the first element fans see on cards and the event page. The main image is mandatory to publish; the square image and the gallery are optional but improve the performance in the app, in the social previews and in the Event photos section of the public page. Each upload is saved immediately, without pressing anything else.
At a glance

- Event already online: the new images remain in draft until you send them with Publish changes or with Publish images only.
The three images

Step by step on the website
- Open the section. In the Event page step go to Add event image. What you see: the area Drag the main image here with the Load image button, and below two foldable panels: 1:1 Square image (optional) and Photo gallery.
- Load the main image. Drag the file into the area or press Load image and choose the file. What you see: the progress bar and then the preview with two buttons: Delete image and Download image. The rescue is immediate.
- Load square image (optional). Open the Square Image (optional) panel, drag the file to Drag 1:1 square image here or press Load square image. Here too you will find Delete image and Download image.
- Manage the gallery. Open the Photo gallery panel and press Manage event gallery. What do you see: the Event Gallery Management window with the Drag gallery images here area, the Upload images button (you can select multiple files together) and, when there are photos, Delete all images; each photo has Delete Image and Download Image. Close the window: the gallery previews appear under the panel.
- Replace or delete. To change the main or square image press Delete image (confirmations Are you sure you want to delete this image? and Do you want to delete the square image of the event?) and upload the new file; in the gallery each deletion asks Are you sure you want to delete this image from the gallery? and Delete all images asks Are you sure you want to delete all the images in the gallery?
Images of an event already published
- Upload or delete images as above: the public page does not change until you publish.
- If you want to update only the photos, press Publish images only (at the bottom of the Event page, Add tickets and Publish steps, next to Publish changes): Send only the main image, square image and gallery of this draft for review, without the other changes and without complete validation of the event. Confirmation: Images sent for review.
- The button appears only if the event is already online, there is no ongoing review, the images in the draft are different from those published and the draft still has a main image (publishing only images cannot remove the last main image online).
Messages and errors

Special cases
- Photos of the evening after the event. You can add them to the gallery and send them with Publish images only as for any online event.
- The Event Gallery Management button is disabled. The draft does not yet have an identifier: save the step data first, then try again.
- You want a copy of an uploaded image. Use Download Image on the preview.
Rules and limits
- Allowed formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, AVIF, HEIC, HEIF; maximum 20 MB per file.
- Resolution: source up to 128 megapixels; frame up to 64 megapixels and 30000 pixels per side; maximum 16 frames for animated images.
- One load at a time per event: image operations are serialized.
- Only use images that you have rights to use.
