The Reservations tab is your wallet: every ticket has its QR code ready for entry and all the actions available for that reservation.

Step by step

  1. Open the Reservations tab. What you see: My reservations: upcoming events first, then Previous reservations; if you have none, No reservations found appears. Pull down to refresh.
  2. Open a reservation by tapping Reservation #…. What you see: Reservation details, with sections in this order: header, Your tickets, Ticket resale, Name change (iPhone: Change ticket holder), Ticket details, Reservation details, Booking summary, Where the event takes place.
  3. Show the QR code. In Ticket details there is a QR code for each ticket, only for confirmed reservations whose event has not yet ended. Opening the reservation automatically raises screen brightness to maximum.
  4. Download or save. In Your tickets (Download your tickets as PDF or save them to your device wallet when available.), use Download / PDF tickets; on iPhone, Add to / Apple Wallet (which becomes Open / Apple Wallet when passes are already present) and Save to / Google Wallet; on Android, only Save to / Google Wallet.
  5. Summary and receipt. In Booking summary, find Payment status (Paid / Unpaid), Payment method, and Download fee receipt.
  6. Manage tickets. Ticket resale (statuses Eligible / For sale, actions Put up for sale / Cancel resale) and Name change appear only for events that allow these operations.
  7. Get there. In Where the event takes place, tap Open in maps; on iPhone choose between Apple Maps and Google Maps.

Unfinished reservations

  • Complete attendees appears at the bottom if attendee information is missing, or Complete payment if payment is missing and time has not expired.
  • Check ticket availability appears for reservations that are neither confirmed nor pending: it opens the event reservation flow.

Security

  • Screenshots and recordings of the entire details screen are obscured: show the QR code directly from the app, wallet or PDF.
  • The QR code is an image loaded from the server: open the reservation once while connected, or save the passes to your wallet.
