Accessibility and people with disabilities: how to find out and book

Nightify does not apply automatic reductions nor does it have a dedicated booking flow: the conditions for people with disabilities and companions are decided by each organizer. Where to look for information on the event page, how to ask with Contact organizer before paying, how reserved titles unlockable with a code work and how to plan your arrival at the location.

On Nightify, the access conditions for people with disabilities (reserved seats, companion, reductions, accessible routes) are not an option in the checkout: the organizer establishes them event by event and communicates them on the event page or upon request. This article explains where to read the information already published, how to ask the right questions before paying and how reserved tickets are managed when the organizer provides them.

At a glance

  • Where: event page (description, Good to know, Frequently asked questions, location section) and the Contact organizer button.
  • Access required: not to read; yes to write to the organizer and to receive the reply in Messages.
  • What you get: written confirmation of the conditions (access, place, companion, price) before booking.
  • What doesn't exist: an automatic reduction, a dedicated module or a predefined "disabled" title: Nightify does not decide or apply concessions.

Before booking: what to read on the event page

  1. The description. Many organizers indicate barrier-free access, services and contacts here; if the text is long press More information.
  2. Good to know. Indicates age restrictions, entrance opening times (Entrances from HH:MM) and parking (Free parking at the venue, Paid parking at the venue, No parking facilities).
  3. Frequently asked questions. The organizer's answers to the most common questions; each response has a maximum of 300 characters.
  4. The location. With Show location details you can see the complete address; How do you want to get there? offers By car and Public transport and Open on maps opens the route in the device's maps app.
  5. Entry tickets. Dedicated types may appear in the list of tickets (for example a ticket for the companion or an accessible sector of the seat map); the name and description are chosen by the organizer.

Procedure: ask the organizer, step by step

  1. Log in to your account (on the site or in the app).
  2. Open the event page and press Contact organizer. What you see: a conversation opens with the organization's staff.
  3. Write a complete request. Indicate: type of need (wheelchair, seat with unobstructed view, companion, sensory disability), how many people, the date of the event and whether you need a specific title or a dedicated price. Why: the staff must be able to respond to you without further exchanges.
  4. Read the reply in Messages. On the site from your account menu, in the app in the Messages tab. Result: the organizer tells you how to proceed (which title to choose, an access code or a reservation registered by them).
  5. Book as indicated. If they give you a code, enter it on the booking page to unlock the reserved title (see Unlock limited access titles with a code); if the title is visible to everyone, select quantity and complete the payment as always; if they register the reservation, you can find it in Reservations with the confirmation via e-mail.

What happens next

  • The booking follows the rules of all the others: Confirmed status, QR in Booking Detail, wallet pass and PDF.
  • At the entrance the staff scans the QR; for nominative titles bring a document. Agreements made in chat do not appear on the ticket: keep the conversation in Messages to show it if needed.

Special cases

  • Companion: if the organizer provides free entry for the companion, he usually manages it with a dedicated title or with a reservation registered by them; otherwise the companion purchases a normal ticket.
  • Events with seat map: ask which sector or table is accessible before choosing your seat on the map (see Choosing your seat on the map).
  • Purchase without an account: you can read everything without logging in, but you need an account to write to the organizer.

Rules and limits

  • Reductions, reserved seats and companions are decided by the organizer; Nightify does not verify or guarantee them.
  • The refund of a ticket purchased without having first clarified the conditions follows the ordinary rules of When you are entitled to a refund.
