Before booking it is best to read the entry conditions declared by the organiser. Nightify collects them in a dedicated box on the event page, Good to know on the site and Good to know in the app: age limits, possible mandatory presence of a parent or guardian, when the entrances are open and the parking situation. The entries are filled in by the organizer in the Highlights section of the Event Page step and pass through Nightify verification along with the rest of the event.

Step by step on the website
- Open the event page. From search or from Explore events tap the event card. What you see: title, date, location and description (with Other information if the text is long).
- Scroll to Good to know. The box is below the description. What you see: one line for each entry, each with the information icon. If the box is not there, the organizer has not declared any conditions.
- Read the Frequently Asked Questions. Immediately below, the Frequently Asked Questions section contains questions and answers written by the organizer (for example dress code, wardrobe, returns). Each question and each answer has a maximum of 300 characters: they are short instructions, not a complete regulation.
- If information is missing, ask. Press Contact organizer: the conversation reaches the organization's staff and the response appears in Messages of your account. Alternatively use Report event with the reason Ask a question or leave feedback. Result: the organization's staff responds, not Nightify, within the times decided by them.
Procedure in the app, step by step
- Open the event detail from the home page or from the Search tab.
- Scroll to What to know. What you see: the same entries as on the site, with the same wording (for example Minimum 18 years or Entry from 11pm).
- To ask use Contact organizer in the event details; the conversation continues in the Messages tab. Report event opens the form with the Reason field.
What happens at the entrance
- The staff scans the QR and reads the result (Access confirmed. or a message Access denied: …); age and document checks are carried out separately, in person.
- For nominative tickets, bring a document: the organizer can ask for the name to match.
- Nightify does not verify age during purchase: the Date of Birth of the profile feeds the aggregate statistics and does not prevent bookings. If you do not comply with the stated requirement, entry may be denied.
Special cases
- Minors and box with no say on age: the place decides according to its own rules; ask first with Contact organizer.
- Different limits for women and men: appear in the same line (for example Women at least 18 years old, Men at least 21 years old); the limit of your case applies.
- Entry denied due to age or document: is not a cancellation of the event; any refund must be agreed with the organizer and follows the rules of When you are entitled to a refund.
- Private event or with password: the box can only be read after opening the page with the organiser's link (and password).
Rules and limits
- The entries are declared by the organizer and can change up to the day of the event, always passing through the Nightify verification: check the page again before leaving.
- The entries are informative: they do not change the access rights, prices or reimbursement conditions.
- The same rules apply to those who purchase without an account: read them before completing guest checkout.
