The event page has a main button under the title and a badge on every ticket type. Together they explain whether and how you can buy at that moment.
At a glance
- Main button: tells you whether online sales are open for the event as a whole.
- Ticket type badges: tell you the status of each individual ticket (on sale, coming soon, sold out, closed).
- In the app: the labels are the same, because they come from the server; a price equal to zero is not shown.
The main button

The badges of the individual ticket types

| Sales are not available yet | The ticket type is not on sale yet and has no opening date indicated. | Follow the organizer to be notified. |
| Available when … closes or sells out | The ticket type opens when the indicated one ends or sells out (releases after the early bird). | Buy the active ticket type or wait. |
| Sales ended | The ticket type has closed sales even though the event has not started (because of the deadline or by choice of the organizer, who can also set Sold out manually or hide a ticket type). | Choose another ticket type. |
| SOLD OUT with Waiting list | Sold out, but with an active queue. | Tap the card to join the list. |
| ONLY 1 LEFT / ONLY N LEFT | Last availability. | Complete the booking quickly. |

Special cases
- A ticket type is missing from the list: it may be reserved for those who have an access code; look for the Limited-access tickets block in the booking screen.
- The label says Book but the ticket is paid: the text of the button is chosen by the organizer; the total is always in the summary before payment.
- A ticket type does not show the price: it is free and the organizer chose to hide the zero; otherwise € 0,00 appears.
