The Complete your profile screen appears at your first sign-in and every time a required detail is missing from your profile. The details you enter become those of the reservation holder: first name and last name appear on named tickets, the mobile phone is used for OTP verification and to contact you in case of problems with an order.
At a glance
- When: at your first sign-in and every time you open a reserved page (My account, reservations, checkout) with an empty required field or an invalid mobile number: the check runs on every account page, not only at purchase.

Step by step on the website
- Fill in your personal details. First name and Last name as on your ID document: they will be printed on named tickets and checked at the entrance.
- Enter your mobile phone. In the Mobile phone field select the international prefix and type the number without spaces, dots or hyphens (final example: +393331234567).
- Enter date and place of birth. Date of birth from the calendar; Birth place by typing the city and choosing it from the suggestions that appear: a value typed by hand without a selection is not accepted.
- Choose gender and favorite city. Gender: the menu shows Select, Other, Male, Female. Favorite city: from the Select a city list; it is the city used to suggest events to you.
- Give your consents. Tick the Privacy Policy (required). The Marketing Policy is optional: if you tick it you accept promotional communications by e-mail and your contact details become visible to the organizers of your events; otherwise they stay masked.
- Save. Press Save changes. Result: if your mobile number is not yet verified you move on to Verify your phone number; otherwise you return to the page you started from or to My account.
Step by step in the app
- In the Complete Profile screen fill in First name and Last name.
- In Mobile phone tap Select prefix, in the Choose a prefix sheet look for the country with Search..., then type the number without prefix.
- Tap Select date of birth and choose the date; tap Select birth place, search with Search... and confirm with Select (Clear selection empties the field).
- Choose your Gender (Male, Female, Other) and your Favorite city with Choose a city / Search for a city.
- Tick Privacy Policy (required), optionally Marketing Policy, and tap Complete Profile. For later edits the screen is called Profile information (menu entry Edit profile) and the button Save.

Special cases
- The screen appears again after some time. A new field has been made required, or the saved mobile number is no longer in a valid international format: in that case every My account page sends you back here with the message Enter a valid international phone number (e.g. +393331234567)., even if the other fields are filled in. Correct only the reported detail and save.
- You change your mobile number. Events that require a verified number will ask you to verify the new number with an OTP code.
- The profile name does not match tickets you already bought. The change applies to future purchases; for existing named tickets use the name change, if the event allows it.
