There are no hidden costs on Nightify: every item is shown in the Reservation summary while you choose your tickets and in the Payment summary before you confirm. The TOTAL is exactly what you pay.

The items in the summary

ItemWhat it isWho decides it
Ticket priceThe price of each ticket type, multiplied by the quantity. A free ticket type shows € 0,00 or no price at all, if it has the Hide 0.00 prices setting (managed by Nightify and turned on automatically for events without fiscal ticketing and without paid tickets). Unavailable ticket types show their status badge instead of the price. The organizer; the visibility of the zero is managed by Nightify.
Extras (add-ons)The VAT-inclusive price of each extra chosen in the Extras step, per unit; in the summary it appears under the ticket it is linked to.The organizer.
Pre-sale rightsFixed amount per ticket for advance sale; it goes entirely to the organizer. It only appears if greater than zero. The organizer, ticket type by ticket type.
Service feesThe cost of the Nightify service, calculated per ticket according to a price band: a percentage of the price plus a fixed amount. Free tickets have no fee. For extras the fee is calculated per unit, with a percentage and a fixed amount without price bands; when it is payable by you it is added to this same line.Nightify. For tickets the organizer chooses whether to add it to the total or absorb it in the price; for extras Nightify sets it.
TOTALSum of tickets, extras, pre-sale rights and fees payable by you, minus any promotional code.

Fees added or absorbed

  • Added to the total: the Service fees line appears in the summary and you pay it.
  • Absorbed by the organizer: the line does not appear (or is zero) because the fee is deducted from the ticket price; in this case there is no fee receipt for your order.

Promotional codes

  • A code or voucher applied from Do you have a code? reduces the total; the active code is shown in the codes window with the Code applied line, not with a discount line in the summary.
