Joining takes a few seconds and requires you to be logged in to your account. On the website you do it from the reservation screen, in the app from the event detail; the list is the same.

Step by step on the website
- Open the event page and press the main button even if it shows SOLD OUT. What you see: the ticket selection screen.
- Tap the sold-out ticket type with the Waiting list badge (it is the only sold-out one that remains tappable).
- Read the Join the waiting list? window. What you see: If a ticket becomes available for …, we will email you. You will need to act quickly to secure it. and the Event, Ticket type and Quantity rows (1).
- Confirm with Join waiting list (or Cancel). Confirmation: You are on the waiting list. We will notify you if this access type becomes available. and the Sei nella lista d’attesa (you are on the waiting list) e-mail.

- In the event detail, Tickets section, tap the ticket type with the Waiting list badge.
- In the Join the waiting list? window tap Join waiting list. Confirmation: You are on the waiting list. We will notify you if this access type becomes available.
Messages and errors

What happens next
- The organizer sees your request in the Waiting list table of their reservations report with User (name and e-mail), Phone, Access type, Quantity and Date; your e-mail and phone number are shown to them only if you gave marketing consent.
- You receive no further communications until availability returns.
Special cases
- You want more tickets: join again from the same window; the recorded quantity increases by 1 with each confirmation.
- You join from the app without having opened the cart: the alert will take you to the event page instead of a pre-filled cart.
- You want to leave the list: there is no command; if you do not buy, the registration simply has no effect.
