The Customers page (Every customer who has made at least one booking for this organization.) turns reservations into a customer base: you see who comes back, how much they have spent and when they last booked, so you can build targeted communications while respecting consent.
At a glance
- Where: organization console → Customers (description of the entry: Analyze customers and their booking history.).
- Permissions: View organization reservation details to open the page; Export event data for Export CSV. A Promoter only sees the customers of their own channel and cannot export.
- What you get: statistics, the most frequent customers, filters and a paginated table of 50 customers with the · … results count next to the title.
Step by step
- Open the page. From the organization console choose Customers. What you see: the Customers title with · … results, the four statistics cards, the block of frequent customers, the filter bar and the table.
- Read the statistics. Unique customers (Distinct people who booked for the organization.), Repeat customers (Customers with more than one booking.), Total bookings (All bookings made by customers.), Customer value (Total value of completed, paid bookings.). The numbers follow the active filters.
- Look at the most loyal ones. The Most frequent customers block shows at most 5 customers, each one with … bookings and the total spend; the name opens the detail page.
- Search and filter. In the Search customers by name, email or phone field type your text and press Search. With More filters you open Bookings from and Bookings to (period of the reservations), Marketing consent (Any preference, Yes, No), Frequency (All customers, Repeat customers only), Sort order (Last booking, Booking count, Total spend, Name) and Direction (Descending, Ascending).
- Read the table. The nine columns are Name, E-mail, Phone, Average spend, Total spend, Transactions, Total bookings, Marketing consent and Last booking. Every header is clickable and sorts the table, with the ↑ or ↓ arrow on the active column; a second click reverses the direction.
- Open a customer. Click the name or the row: the Customer details page opens.
- Browse the pages. At the bottom you find the page controls with Page … of …; each page contains 50 customers.

How customers are counted
- A customer is identified by the Nightify account they booked with. Reservations without an account are grouped by e-mail address (with no distinction between upper and lower case); a reservation without an account and without an e-mail forms a customer of its own.
- For this reason the same person can appear twice if they booked with different accounts or as a guest with a different e-mail: the statistics are by purchase identity, not by physical person.
What happens next
- The filters stay in the address of the page: you can save it in your bookmarks to find the same selection again.
- Export CSV (Export menu) downloads the list with the same filters: see the article Export the organization’s reservations and customers.
Messages and errors
| Message | Why it appears | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No customers match the selected filters. | No reservation matches the search and the filters. | Widen the period or clear the filters. |
| Hidden instead of the e-mail or the phone number | The customer has not given marketing consent. | Unlock the single detail only for operational needs related to the event. |
Special cases
- Promoter. Only sees the customers with reservations attributed to their own channel; the statistics at the top are calculated on the same subset.
- Free reservations or reservations paid at the entrance. They count in Total bookings; they enter Transactions and Total spend only if they turn out to be confirmed and with a recorded payment.
- Typical uses. Marketing consent filter = Yes and Repeat customers only for a newsletter with a reserved pre-sale; sorting by Total spend descending to offer tables and packages; Bookings to a few months ago to identify who has not come back for a long time.
Rules and limits
- 50 customers per page; the statistics and the five repeat customers follow the active filters.
- For promotional mailings use only the customers with Yes consent; masked contact details must be unlocked only for operational purposes.
