Bloc Fest 2026: six stops from Bologna to Cilento from 8 to 31 May, between clubs and the Grotte di Pertosa

The sixth edition of Bloc Fest runs from 8 to 31 May 2026 in six cities: Freakout in Bologna, Lumèn in Florence, Fortezza Vecchia in Livorno, Lanificio in Rome, Gallerie d’Italia in Naples and the Grotte di Pertosa-Auletta in Cilento.

A festival that never stands still. Bloc Fest reaches its sixth edition and from 8 to 31 May 2026 travels through six Italian cities, from Bologna to Cilento, bringing experimental music, live shows and club culture to very different places: clubs, fortresses, former factories, museums and natural caves.

The six stops

  • Bologna: Freakout, the club of Bologna’s underground scene.
  • Florence: Lumèn.
  • Livorno: Fortezza Vecchia, overlooking the Medici port.
  • Rome: Lanificio.
  • Naples: Gallerie d’Italia, on Via Toledo.
  • Cilento: Grotte di Pertosa-Auletta.

The theme: Antidote

This year too, the common thread is the Antidote, which the organizers describe as a complex device born from the contact zones between languages, cultures and communities. Bloc Fest presents itself as a cultural project on the move: each stop turns the space that hosts it into a place of listening and of dialogue between music, architecture and landscape.

The partners

The festival works with organizations rooted in their territories and in the independent scene: Maple Death Records, the Never Sleep collective, Fortezza Elettrica and Baronato Quattro Bellezze, which curates a special art project for the Rome stop.

Why this event is not to be missed

It is rare to find a festival that brings together a club like Freakout, a seaside fortress and a system of karst caves. Bloc Fest lets you follow the same curatorial idea in urban and natural settings, choosing the stop closest to you or planning a short trip across the whole month.
