For anyone spending Easter on the dancefloor, the place to be is Florence. From Saturday 4 to Monday 6 April 2026 the Nelson Mandela Forum hosts Decibel Easter Festival, the indoor spring edition of the Decibel brand: three days, as reported by Billboard Italia, split between two different identities.
The programme day by day
Saturday and Monday carry the Resonance name and are dedicated to hard techno; Sunday is the Decibel day, with the leading names of international techno.
- Saturday 4 April, Resonance: Vieze Asbak b2b Kruelty, Parfait, Karah b2b Klofama and Fantasm with a three-hour set.
- Sunday 5 April, Decibel: Carl Cox with a three-hour set.
- Monday 6 April, Resonance: Holy Priest, I Hate Models, Novah, Jazzy b2b Jowi and Luca Agnelli.
Among the names announced for the festival, the press also mentions Chris Liebing, Nicole Moudaber and Anna Tur. The other artists are yet to be announced.
Why this event is not to be missed
Carl Cox in Italy for Easter is news in itself: the Florence date is part of a mini tour that takes him to the Palateknoship in Genoa on 3 April and to Arena Padova Fiera in Padua on 4 April. At the Mandela Forum he will have three hours to build one of his journeys through house and techno. Anyone after harder sounds gets two full days of Resonance instead, with I Hate Models on Monday and Fantasm’s three-hour set on Saturday.
