Italy’s hard rock year opens with two dates to mark in your calendar right away. Alter Bridge arrive with the What Lies Within Tour: Monday 2 February 2026 at Atlantico in Rome and Tuesday 3 February 2026 at the ChorusLife Arena in Bergamo. They are the only two Italian stops on a tour that crosses 31 cities in Europe and the UK.
The new album
The tour accompanies the band’s eighth album, simply titled Alter Bridge, out on 9 January 2026 on Napalm Records. The record was made between California and Florida with producer Michael “Elvis” Baskette, a long-time collaborator of the group. The February dates will be among the first chances to hear the new songs live alongside the band’s classics.
The line-up
- Alter Bridge: Myles Kennedy on vocals and guitar, Mark Tremonti on guitar, Brian Marshall on bass and Scott Phillips on drums.
- Daughtry: the rock band led by Chris Daughtry, special guests on the tour.
- Sevendust: veterans of American alternative metal, also on the bill.
Why this event is not to be missed
A headliner joined by two bands of this stature is a rare package for Italian stages. The two dates also offer two different experiences: Atlantico, one of the largest live clubs in the capital, and Bergamo’s indoor arena, convenient for anyone coming from across Lombardy and northern Italy. For fans it is the chance to hear the new record just weeks after its release.
