Times, lineups and programmes can change. When the organizer moves the date or changes the event, they update the event page: the new date automatically appears in your reservation detail and on the tickets too. There is no automatic reconfirmation or refund flow: communications arrive by e-mail from the organizer or from Nightify and refunds are handled by support according to the General Terms.
At a glance
- What changes in your account: updated date and time in the Reservation detail, on the cards and in the passes; the QR codes remain valid.
- What you have to do if you attend: nothing.
- What you have to do if you don’t attend: request the refund by the deadline communicated, by writing to support.
Step by step
- Read the communication received by e-mail: it states the new date or the change and any deadline by which to reply.
- Check the event page and the reservation. In the Reservation detail the event date is the updated one; the tickets don’t need to be downloaded again.
- If you cannot attend write to support from the Contacts page or to [email protected], by the stated deadline, with the reservation code. Once the deadline has passed, under the General Terms the reservation remains valid for the new date.
- Follow the outcome in the Reservation history on the website: Refund completed with Amount: ….
What the General Terms provide
- If the date is changed, equivalent seats are offered, subject to availability; if you cannot attend on the new date a refund of the ticket price is offered, including handling costs, provided you communicate it by the stated deadline.
- If the show is substantially changed (a change that significantly alters the event compared with what could reasonably be expected) you can confirm the order or request a refund.
- Start times are subject to change and programme changes due to causes beyond the organizer’s control do not entitle you to a refund, except in the case of a substantial alteration.
- Nightify service fees remain excluded from the refund.
Special cases
- The organizer cancels your reservation (for example after a refund agreement): you receive the Cambio stato prenotazione: event name (reservation status change) e-mail and the status changes to Canceled.
- You bought the ticket on resale: the reservation is yours in every respect and the same rules apply to you.
- Doubts about the changes: use Contact organizer from the event page.
