Information
The Lesbisch-schwule Stadtfest is the largest queer event of its kind in Europe and at the same time Europe's largest anti-violence project, with more than half a million visitors. From the very beginning it has above all been a symbol against discrimination and hatred, a sign against violence and a manifesto for sexual diversity and equal rights. Across more than 20,000 m2, Motz Eisenacher Fugger- and Kalckreuthstraße turn every day from 11 am into a pulsating cosmos of diversity. Six unique worlds of experience make the city festival a place where community, culture and joie de vivre merge. You can find the HOUSE QUEENS on Sunday 19.07. on the »SUNSHINE LIVE« Stage D – electronic sounds straight from the radio to the street. HOUSE QUEENS is a Berlin-based party series curated by FLINTA* artists that celebrates house music in all its facets – from deep & soulful to raw & jackin'. A place for: self-love, visibility, connection. No room for discrimination, sexism or queerphobia! Instead: empowerment, awareness and FLINTA* talents at the centre of the dancefloor. FLINTA stands for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people – and thus highlights those who are often marginalised within patriarchal structures.* Join the move...
