Jazz Night is the regular Friday evening appointment with jazz music at Cascina Nascosta. The formula is simple: it starts at 21.30 with a concert by the group invited for the evening, followed by the jazz jam session, where the musicians in the room can freely take part or simply listen. Ivan Scholz, after studying in Paris and Cologne, arrives in Milan to meet Leo Weber, who is spending an Erasmus semester in the city. Together with Prof. Federico Calcagno, the three musicians present a set dedicated to the compositions of Thelonious Monk and Paul Motian, featuring interplay, improvisation and sonic exploration.
