Information
Cosey Mueller, a rising figure of the Berlin underground scene, is developing a unique universe at the crossroads of synthpunk, coldwave, new wave and post-punk. A self-taught musician, visual artist and producer, she shapes an instantly recognizable sound, driven by hypnotic synthesizers, explosive rhythms and a keen sense of melody. After cutting her teeth in the synthpunk duo DAS DAS and then in the experimental hardcore band Glaas, she launched her solo career with Interior Escapes in 2021. Irrational Habits followed in 2023, then Softcore in 2024, confirming her talent for creating tracks that are as danceable as they are unsettling, somewhere between the mechanical coldness of German synth wave and the raw energy of punk. In 2026, she continues along this path with Embodiment Of Denial, a new record that deepens her universe even further between minimal wave, techno, post-punk and dark electronica. On stage, COSEY MUELLER turns her compositions into a physical and magnetic experience: synthetic pulses, expressive vocals, raw energy and retro-futuristic atmospheres come together in a live show that is as hypnotic as it is irresistibly danceable.
