Join us EVERY SUNDAY for a rotating selection of the best in LA's Jazz Music scene, and stay late for our Sunday residency with Kevin Kanner's Jazz Jam.Musicians- join us for an open Jazz jam anytime after 9pm.**Shaky Eddie** is a jazz-fusion group writing and recording original music in Los Angeles, CA.The brainchild of composer and guitarist Oren Hartov, the group consists of some of L.A.'s best session and touring musicians — with a smattering of out-of-state players sitting in.At its heart, Shaky Eddie is a jazz project — but only in the loosest sense.Blues, straight-ahead, world music, Middle Eastern music, rock, funk, bossa nova…it's all part of what we do, and it features in all our recordings.If you like any or all of this stuff, chances are you'll dig our music.Kevin Kanner, a native of Southern California, has already amassed a large number of jazz credits including recordings with Paul Anka, Bill Holman (including 2006 and 2007 Grammy® nominated recordings), Gilbert Castellanos, Melissa Morgan, Annie Sellick, Gail Wynters, The Bud Shank Big Band, Josh Nelson and Michael Buble.Kevin has also toured and performed with many artists and including John Pizzarelli, Maureen McGovern, The Gilbert Castellanos Quintet, The Bill Holman Band, The Gerald Clayton Trio, The Clayton Brothers, The Clayton / Hamilton Jazz Orchestra, Lee Konitz, Bob Brookmeyer, Larry Goldings, Charles McPhearson, Benny Green and many more.In addition to the vast amount of sideman work, Kevin has also led perhaps the most well remembered jazz jam session...
