SCENASONICA presents Alpha Maid, guitarist, producer and songwriter from South London, one of the most oblique voices to emerge from the British experimental scene in recent years.His music crosses lo-fi punk, glitch, deconstructed electronics, dub and emotional fragments that seem to appear and disappear within the same song: broken guitars, unstable rhythms, voice treated as sound material.The debut \*Is this a queue\* was born from years of movement, meetings and scattered recordings, fueled by an interest in particle physics, the unknown and everything that exists outside the predictable narratives with which we read the present.Alpha Maid has collaborated with key figures of the new UK avant-garde such as Mica Levi and Coby Sey, publishing on fundamental realities of the underground scene such as CURL, C.A.N.V.A.S.and AD 93. A rare, physical and mutant live performance, suspended between noise, memory and electronic tension.
