Primitive Ring, rock format with Bert Hoover, Charles Moothart and Jon Modaff, performs with Pancho and the Wizards and DJ Chad Ubovich in Los Angeles.The band consists of Bert Hoover (bass/vocals), Charles Moothart (guitar/vocals) and Jon Modaff (drums).The band was founded in 2024 and released four 7"s on four different labels in 2025. The release date of the debut album is scheduled for May 15, 2026.
