The Inspector General, curated by Lilli Valcepina and Aldo Castelli, is a theatrical event inspired by Gogol's The Inspector General, reinterpreted through the ironic and bitter gaze of the film The Roaring Twenties.The story takes place in Matera during the fascist era, between misunderstandings, satire and strategic Roman greetings, showing a society ready to bow to power without asking questions.
