The hypnotic and exuberant Argentine La Yegros is probably the most magnetic artist from South America. Although her personal folklore is still rooted in South American folklore, La Yegros is absorbing contemporary and global music, addressing intimate, often melancholic and even painful themes, which she overcomes with the same resilience that drives her in concert. With her unmistakable mix of energy, charisma and voice, La Yegros continues to reinvent herself while keeping the spirit of Latin folklore alive. Known worldwide for hits like Viene de Mi and Chicha Roja and for her high-voltage live performances, she blends cumbia, chamamé and carnavalito with reggae, ska and cutting-edge electronic sounds, creating a vibrant fusion of contemporary global music. In 2024 she released her fourth album, HAZ. She returns live from March 2026 with a new project: Electric Trio. A reinterpretation of her repertoire, with a strong focus on Latin American electronics. Designed for a trio formation (percussion, synthesizers and sampler, lead voice), it's a new show ideal for international touring, which maintains the same power as always.
