Not a celebratory operation, as the band states "we are not used to nostalgic or celebratory operations, because for us the here and now remains fundamental". It was rather the enthusiasm and attention shown by the public on the occasion of the reissue of these two works that pushed Casino Royale to dedicate special attention to those songs that, over the years, they have always kept in their setlist. More than a simple collection of songs, Sempre più vicini presented itself as a complex project capable of uniting music, aesthetics, cinema and literature in strong expressive coherence. An approach that contributed to defining the identity of Casino Royale, consecrating them as one of the most influential generational references of the scene and making them still today one of the most visionary and influential bands of their generation. We are still us. And we will meet again "sempre più vicini".
