I PINHDAR are a Milanese duo composed by Cecilia Miradoli (voice) and Max Tarenzi (guitar and production), among the most interesting realities of the new Italian trip-hop. Their sound is born from the encounter between the trip-hop of Bristol matrix of the 90s and a contemporary vision that incorporates darkwave, electronic music and dream pop atmospheres. In their live shows they build immersive sonic landscapes: deep rhythms, reverb-drenched guitars and a magnetic voice that guides the listener into dark and cinematic scenarios. After their debut with Parallel (2021), made with Howie B (Björk, U2), they return with A Sparkle on the Dark Water (2024), produced with Bruno Ellingham (Massive Attack, New Order), confirming an ever more stratified and intense writing. I PINHDAR define their music as the creation of "parallel realities": a hypnotic journey between light and darkness, where electronics and emotional tension blend into a deep and enveloping experience.
