It was the spark that ignited a small great cultural revolution, giving rise to a new movement that has definitively brought rap into Italian culture. I will forever be grateful to "Solo un Uomo" for allowing me to be the first spokesperson of this culture to reach as many people as possible with the music I have always loved. The single "Dentro alla Scatola" enters directly at No. 2 of the sales chart while the album remains in the chart for more than 40 weeks and sells over 80,000 copies, thus bringing for the first time in the 2000s rap to the top of the Italian music industry. Mondo Marcio has collaborated with artists of the caliber of Mina, Caparezza, Emis Killa, Fabri Fibra and many others. After several tours throughout Italy, in Europe and over 150,000 copies sold, he continues to be a pillar of Italian rap.
