Get uncomfortable because, like in every badly organized life, anything can happen. \-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Serena Bongiovanni approached theatrical drama in 2011 and then moved to theatrical improvisation in 2013 as a student of the QuintaTinta school where she graduated in 2016, the year she joined the amateur company as an actress and director of her own show. In 2020 she began studying Stand up comedy at the Comedy Studio school of TAC - Tutta un'altra comicità - and, from 2021, she began touring various stages in Italy with original pieces. In 2022 and 2023 Michela Giraud and Eleazaro Rossi chose her to open their shows until reaching, in 2023, her first full show "Madama Culass" with which she toured all of Italy for more than 50 sold-out shows. Since 2022 she teaches creative storytelling on discomfort and embarrassment with Turinese actress Lara Mottola, a project freely inspired by the successful American program Mortified. In the last two years, in addition to participating in the Comedy Central Open Mic Tour, she has collaborated with various realities such as Lavazza, La Stampa, Circolo dei Lettori di Torino, Evergreen Fest, C'è Da Ridere (association founded by Paolo Kessisoglu) as a comedian, host, improviser and teacher. In 2025 she debuts in Milan with Sere Nera, a totally interactive show that takes place once a month always sold out that combines stand-up and theatrical improvisation with guests of the caliber of Francesco Fanucchi, Sandro Cappai and Michela Giraud. In October 2025 Sere Nera lands for the first time in Rome and Turin awaiting a national tour. Also in 2025 she founded the Underdogs collective with colleagues Xhuliano Dule, Tiziano La Bella, Angelo Amaro and Antonio Ricatti with which she performs once a month in Rome and throughout the year in all major Italian cities collecting sold-outs and debuts with her second stand-up show FORAMALOCCHIU with which she is currently on tour in all Italian cities.
