Grand finale at 35 Millimetri with double Stand-Up Comedy Show by SPHERAN Davide Marini in "After What We Spent" For some of you I'm a comedian, for others a voice actor for animals, for many others simply an idiot. "After What We Spent" is the title of my third stand-up comedy show, as well as the phrase that in few words sums up my life since I started doing comedy nine years ago. It's the concern of the organizers when they announce my show. It's the thought in the audience's head while they wait for me to get on stage. But most importantly, it's the first thing my mother said when I confessed to her that, after years spent studying architecture, I actually wanted to be a comedian in life. Come and watch a show where I metaphorically bare my soul and where there's lots of laughter, and most importantly, together. Also because in the end, after what you've spent...you deserve it! Andrea Di Castro in "Chromosome X" In a world where too many people drive a Smart, some crazy person still has the desire to bring children into the world. So the question becomes: what parents would we be and what would we teach this hypothetical and unlucky creature? A show in search of answers, which imagines a world where having sex with any Findus product is socially acceptable, addressing fundamental topics in the formation of any human being such as the value of good communication, Tiziano Ferro's songs, and, of course, the importance of extra virgin olive oil in the ancient art of sodomy. A comic monologue that becomes a dialogue between a father and a son who perhaps will never be born; an imaginary, genderless child who, naively, becomes a metaphor for all humanity, without any distinctions, focusing on what we all have in common: trying to stay afloat in a world full of Smarts that seems not to want us anymore.
