Sonia Spinello Voice, Daff and Kalimba Ashti Abdo Saz, Duduk, Hulusi, Kalimba, Oud and Voice "ZIMANÊ SÎNORAN" which translates to "Language of Borders", is an invitation to explore the richness of musical traditions of the world, a combination between Jazz and World Music, between ancestral sounds and innovation. Stories of lived life that, difficult to tell in words, are translated into musical language, mirrors of the personal experiences of the two authors and of what flows before their eyes. The vocality of Sonia Spinello fuses with the raw lute of Ashti Abdo, creating a deep and moving musical dialogue. Female singing, sometimes accompanied by male singing, and the warm and nostalgic timbre of the duduk, alternated with other particular instruments, create an atmosphere that invites to attentive listening and reflection.
