ARTISTOmoinotake

Omoinotake is a piano trio formed in Tokyo in 2012 by longtime friends from Shimane. The band’s emotional vocals and lyrics create a groove described as “danceable yet tear-inducing,” and have earned it support from listeners across generations.

In January 2024, Omoinotake released “幾億光年,” the theme song for TBS’s Tuesday drama Eye Love You. The track surpassed 500 million cumulative streams, a first for the band, and topped streaming charts. Omoinotake also made its first appearance on NHK’s Kōhaku Uta Gassen. In March 2026, the trio is scheduled to hold its first solo concert at Nippon Budokan.
