ARTISTNizlopi

Nizlopi consists of Luke Concannon and John Parker, friends who met on the school bus in Warwick, England, when they were 13. Over 17 years of creative work, they built a body of music described in their biography as drawing on the folk jazz of John Martyn and Danny Thompson, as well as the live hip-hop of The Roots.

The biography says Nizlopi is best known for having a major influence on Ed Sheeran and for the independent number-one single “The JCB Song”. Since 2013, Luke Concannon has released music under his own name, while John Parker plays with a number of acts in the UK.
