ARTISTMother Soki

Mother Soki is a Minneapolis-based musician who discovered a passion for music production while attending college in Chicago. Her music gravitates toward the dreamy textures of synth pop and the sonic nostalgia of the 1980s and 1990s. She names Prince, Joni Mitchell, Cocteau Twins, and Madonna among her classic influences.

Drawing daily inspiration from her surroundings, Mother Soki combines modern interpretations of vintage synthesizers with heavy guitars and airy, spacious vocals. Her music brings contrasting elements together.
