Canadian Progressive Metal band PROTEST THE HERO performs at Scala in London, UK on July 31, 2026. The band, originally named HAPPY GO LUCKY, changed their name to PROTEST THE HERO in 2002 and released their debut EP, Search for the Truth, in 2002. They have released several albums, including Fortress, Scurrilous, Volition, and Palimpsest, with their latest single 'The Canary' released in 2020. The band announced a crowdfunding campaign for their fourth album in 2013 and started production for their fifth studio album in 2018.
