Renny Conti is an author, composer, performer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer based in Brooklyn, originally from the Bay Area of San Francisco. Influenced by Will Oldham and Neil Young (Harvest era), his music features a certain fantasy at the intersection of experimental and organic. His debut album, released in 2025, is rich with deep texts about love, grief, and nature, accompanied by complex guitar melodies and a satisfying dissonance that explores tension until liberation. Renny views his music as a means to disrupt conventions, inviting his audience to do the same. His new album has been praised by Paste Magazine, The Line of Best Fit, and Fretboard Journal, which consider him a singular voice in contemporary indie music.
