Ranga Records presents: Tapes: Drawing influence from the 90s grunge scene alongside artists such as Neil Young and Joni Mitchell, Tapes is a five-piece alt-rock band based in London. Sweet Gene: Melody obsessed, groove driven 4 piece. Drawn to Manchester by the music culture brothers Freddie and Matt soon found themselves living and making music with friends in Dove Ellis and Westside Cowboy. Hooking up with the rhythm section, Henry and Milo, really locked in the band's groove. Whilst working with the band, Producer Pranam Mavahalli has seen the bands sound truly take shape in 2026.
