The Trio reproduces all the classics of the “Swing Era” of the 1930s, of which the famous clarinetist, composer and conductor was one of the absolute masters. The formation, without double bass, thus reproduces in only threesome pieces of the tradition written for Big Band, through an accurate search for sounds, colors, openings that reread this delicate repertoire in a more modern key but without neglecting the typical propulsivity of Swing.
