REGULATIONS FOR ACCESS TO ALIAS EVENTS AT THE LOCAL YUGEN THEATER
This platform allows users to make a request for free participation exclusively with accreditation in the events organized by Alias at the local TEATRO YUGEN located in Rome, Viale del Galoppatoio – Villa Borghese.
The request is formalized by generating a personal QR code valid only for the selected date and event, following the user's completion of a form.
1. Booking via QR code
The QR code generated by the platform does not constitute a guaranteed entry ticket to the event, nor is it equivalent to a ticket or an automatic entry confirmation.
The QR code represents a request for participation which will be evaluated and accepted exclusively at the entrance to the venue, after checking by the staff in charge.
2. Conditions for possible confirmation of accreditation and right to free entry
Access to the venue and the event may not be confirmed, even in the presence of a valid QR code, in the following cases:
- Exceeding the maximum capacity allowed by the venue, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Failure to comply with the dress code indicated for the event (elegant clothing is required, compliant with the style of the evening).
- Unsuitable psychophysical conditions.
- Absence of a valid identity document.
- Age lower than that required by the organization for access to the evening (for access to all events we require a minimum age of 21 years for men and 19 years for women).
3. Discretion and security
Alias and the host venue reserve, at their sole discretion, the right not to confirm accreditation and therefore entry to the event or to remove a participant, even after entry, if behavior contrary to the regulations, decorum or safety of the evening occurs.4. Acceptance of the regulation
By generating the QR code, the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted the conditions of this regulation.
